Instructions
- Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add 1 tbsp of oil.
- Pat chicken thighs dry and season both sides with salt and pepper. Sear in the hot skillet for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Add minced garlic during the last minute of cooking. Deglaze the pan with 1 cup of chicken broth.
- Stir in egg noodles and simmer for 8-10 minutes until cooked al dente, absorbing the broth.
- Finish by adding butter and parsley; stir until combined.
