Instructions
- Wash cucumbers thoroughly; peel strips of skin if desired for visual appeal.
- Slice cucumbers thinly (about 1/8 inch thick).
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese with chopped dill, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Spread cream cheese mixture on both sides of two slices of bread.
- Layer cucumber slices on one slice before topping with the second slice.
- Cut into triangles or quarters and serve immediately or chill for 15 minutes before serving.
