Instructions
- Wash all vegetables thoroughly. Chop cucumbers into bite-sized pieces and halve the cherry tomatoes.
- In a large bowl, combine cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, red onion, feta cheese, and fresh herbs. Toss gently.
- Drizzle olive oil and balsamic vinegar or lemon juice over the salad; toss to coat evenly.
- Season with salt and pepper according to taste; mix well.
- Cover with plastic wrap and chill in the fridge for about 30 minutes before serving.
