Instructions
- Gather all ingredients on the counter and chop the spinach finely.
- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, chopped spinach, shredded white cheddar, garlic powder, onion powder, egg, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just combined.
- Form the mixture into six equal-sized patties (about 1 inch thick).

- Cook each patty for 6-7 minutes per side or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C) with golden-brown edges.
- Allow burgers to rest briefly before serving on toasted buns with your favorite toppings.
