Instructions
- Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces for even cooking.
- In a bowl, whisk together honey, gochujang paste, soy sauce, rice vinegar, brown sugar, minced garlic, and pepper flakes until smooth.
- Marinate the chicken in half of the sauce for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the marinated chicken until golden brown (5-7 minutes per side).
- Pour in the remaining sauce and simmer until thickened (about 3-5 minutes).
- Serve garnished with sesame seeds and sliced green onions.
