- 3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 can (15 oz) black beans, rinsed
- 1 cup salsa (mild or spicy)
- 2 tbsp taco seasoning
- 8 tortillas (corn or flour)
Instructions
- Place chicken in the slow cooker and sprinkle with taco seasoning. Pour salsa over the top.
- Add softened cream cheese to the slow cooker.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Shred the chicken in the slow cooker using two forks and mix well.
- Warm tortillas in a skillet or microwave. Fill with cheesy chicken mixture and top with cheddar and black beans.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
