- 1 cup low-sodium beef broth
- 1 cup canned tomato sauce
- 1 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper until just combined.
- Form the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and arrange them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and brown each meatball on all sides for about 3-4 minutes.
- In the slow cooker, combine beef broth, tomato sauce, soy sauce, and additional seasonings. Stir well.
- Add the browned meatballs to the slow cooker and ensure they are submerged in the gravy.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until tender.
