- ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and sauté sliced chicken until golden brown and cooked through.
- Stir in chopped bell pepper and minced garlic; sauté until fragrant.
- Add ranch dressing mix and combine well.
- Mix in sour cream and hot sauce, stirring until creamy.
- Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente; drain and reserve some pasta water.
- Combine drained pasta with the chicken mixture in the skillet, adding reserved pasta water for creaminess as needed.
- Sprinkle freshly grated Parmesan cheese on top before serving.
