Instructions
- Slice flank steak against the grain into thin strips. Chop onions and bell peppers into bite-sized pieces.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté onions and bell peppers until softened (about 5 minutes).
- Add sliced flank steak to the skillet; season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned but tender (approx. 3-4 minutes).
- Stir in minced garlic; cook for another minute until fragrant.
- Sprinkle cheese over the skillet and cover briefly until melted (about 2 minutes).
- Gently combine all ingredients and serve hot straight from the skillet.
