Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Slice the cabbage into thick steaks, about 1 inch wide.
- In a bowl, mix minced garlic with olive oil. Coat each cabbage steak generously with this mixture.
- Season with salt, pepper, and paprika on both sides.
- Arrange the cabbage steaks on a parchment-lined baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- If desired, sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the steaks during the last 5 minutes of roasting for an added touch of richness.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
