  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook chopped bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add ground beef and chopped onions. Cook until browned.
  4. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs and heavy cream. Stir in the cooked bacon, beef mixture, garlic powder, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
  5. Fold in half of the cheddar cheese. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and top with remaining cheese.
