Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

- Add chopped bacon and cook until crispy, then stir in garlic and onion powders.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs and heavy cream; pour over the meat mixture and fold gently to combine.
- Transfer to a greased baking dish, top with cheddar cheese, and bake for about 30 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Let sit for 5-10 minutes before serving; garnish with green onions.
