- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 6 slices thick-cut bacon
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 3 large eggs
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Green onions (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crispy. Cool slightly and crumble.
- In the same skillet, brown the ground beef with onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until crumbly.
- In a large bowl, mix the crumbled bacon, cooked beef, heavy cream, eggs, and half of the cheddar cheese until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden brown on top. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
