- 2 tbsp hot sauce (adjust to taste)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven according to package instructions for the fries.
- Spread the frozen fries evenly on a lined baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle Cajun seasoning; toss to coat.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the oven, immediately sprinkle cheddar cheese on top, and return to bake for an additional 5 minutes until melted.
- Drizzle with sour cream and hot sauce, then top with chopped green onions before serving.
