- 8 oz ribeye or sirloin steak
- 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 8 oz egg noodles (or rice noodles)
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Gather and prepare ingredients: mince garlic and chop green onions.
- Cook noodles according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season steak with salt and pepper, sear for 4-5 minutes per side until browned. Remove from skillet.
- In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium-low, add butter and garlic; sauté until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
- Return steak to the pan along with cooked noodles, soy sauce, and half of the green onions. Toss until coated in garlic butter (about 2 minutes).
- Serve hot, garnished with remaining green onions.
