- 1 lb smoked kielbasa, sliced into ½-inch pieces
- 1 lb fresh green beans, trimmed
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Wash and trim the green beans; set aside.
- Chop the onion and mince the garlic.
- In the crockpot, layer the sliced kielbasa at the bottom. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic on top.
- Place the green beans over the kielbasa mixture.
- Pour in chicken broth until just covered. Season with salt and pepper.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
