- 1 pre-made Chocolate Graham Cracker Crust
- 1 cup Semisweet Chocolate Chips
- 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1 can (15 oz) Canned Cherries, packed in juice
- 1/2 cup Sugar (adjust to taste)
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 cup Unsalted Butter, melted
- 2 tbsp Powdered Sugar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, mix crushed graham crackers with melted butter and press into a pie dish.
- Bake the crust for 10 minutes until lightly golden. Allow it to cool completely.
- Melt chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals until smooth.
- Whip heavy cream in a separate bowl until soft peaks form; gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
- Fold melted chocolate into the whipped cream gently.
- Layer half of the chocolate mixture into the cooled crust, spread cherries over it, then top with remaining chocolate mix. Smooth the surface.
- Chill for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
