- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Cook the pasta in salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, sauté onions in oil until translucent. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Increase heat slightly and add ground beef; cook until browned, breaking up clumps.
- Stir in tomato sauce, ketchup, mustard, salt, and pepper; simmer for five minutes.
- Combine cooked pasta with the sauce mixture and stir in shredded cheese until melted.
- Serve immediately, garnished with optional toppings.
