- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs

- ½ cup mini chocolate chips
- 1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×8-inch baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar until crumbly. Press into the bottom of the baking dish and bake for 10 minutes until golden.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and ricotta until smooth. Add powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon; mix until combined.
- Fold in mini chocolate chips into the filling mixture gently.
- Spread the cheesecake filling over the baked crust evenly. Bake for 30-35 minutes until slightly jiggly in the center. Cool to room temperature and chill in the refrigerator for at least two hours before serving.
