- 1 pre-made pie crust
- 1 cup shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup lump crab meat
- 2 tsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/2 cup diced celery
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a pie dish.
- In a skillet over medium heat, sauté onions, bell peppers, and celery in olive oil until soft.
- Add shrimp and crab meat along with Cajun seasoning; cook until shrimp turns pink.
- Stir in heavy cream and simmer until slightly thickened.
- Spoon seafood mixture into the pie crust, cover with another crust, sealing edges.
- Cut slits in the top crust for steam escape and bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
