- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced

- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Gather all ingredients and measure them out.
- Boil salted water in a large pot; cook fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat; coat chicken breasts with Cajun seasoning.
- Sear chicken for 5-6 minutes per side until blackened and cooked through (165°F internal temperature). Remove from skillet and let rest.
- In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat; add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute.
- Pour in heavy cream while stirring gently; add grated Parmesan cheese until melted.
- Toss fettuccine into the sauce, ensuring even coating.
- Slice blackened chicken and place on top of pasta; garnish with parsley if desired.
