Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients by gathering everything at your workspace.
- Season each chicken breast generously with Cajun seasoning. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side until browned and cooked through.
- While the chicken cooks, boil salted water in a large pot, add pasta, and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In the same skillet used for the chicken, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 30 seconds). Pour in heavy cream and stir before adding grated Parmesan until melted and smooth.
- Add cooked pasta to the sauce along with sliced chicken and toss gently to combine.
- Garnish with chopped parsley if desired and serve hot.
