  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp dill pickle juice

Instructions

  1. Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together ketchup, mayonnaise, mustard, garlic powder, and pickle juice to create the special sauce.
  3. Lay out each tortilla and spread a generous layer of special sauce down the center.
  4. Add cooked beef, lettuce, pickles, and cheese on top of the sauce.
  5. Fold sides of the tortilla inwards and roll tightly from one end to secure the fillings. Cut in half if desired.
