- 1 lb lean ground beef (80/20 blend)
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 cups shredded iceberg lettuce
- 1 cup sliced dill pickles
- 4 slices American cheese
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp yellow mustard
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp dill pickle juice
Instructions
- Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- In a bowl, whisk together ketchup, mayonnaise, mustard, garlic powder, and pickle juice to create the special sauce.
- Lay out each tortilla and spread a generous layer of special sauce down the center.
- Add cooked beef, lettuce, pickles, and cheese on top of the sauce.
- Fold sides of the tortilla inwards and roll tightly from one end to secure the fillings. Cut in half if desired.
