Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and combine Chex cereal in a large mixing bowl.
- Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat, then stir in brown sugar until bubbly. Remove from heat.
- Add vanilla extract and cinnamon to the caramel mixture.
- Pour the warm caramel over the cereal, gently folding until coated.
- Spread the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- After baking, let cool slightly before adding banana chips and chopped nuts; toss gently.
