- 4 medium bell peppers (any color)
- 1 lb ribeye steak, thinly sliced
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup provolone cheese (shredded)
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil. Sauté diced onions and minced garlic until fragrant.
- Add thinly sliced steak, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper; cook until browned (about 5-7 minutes).
- Slice each bell pepper in half lengthwise and remove seeds.
- Stuff each pepper half with the steak mixture; top generously with cheese.
- Place stuffed peppers in a baking dish covered with foil and bake for 25 minutes or until bubbly.
