Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Slice the cabbage into thick steaks, approximately 1-inch thick.
- In a small bowl, mix minced garlic with olive oil.
- Brush both sides of each cabbage steak with the garlic oil mixture; then sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Place the seasoned steaks on a parchment-lined baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and crispy on the edges.
- Drizzle fresh lemon juice over the top before serving.
