- 4 cups green cabbage, shredded

- 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground pork until no pink remains, about 5 minutes.
- Add minced garlic and grated ginger to the skillet; sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Stir in shredded cabbage and grated carrots; cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until slightly wilted.
- Pour in soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and sprinkle red pepper flakes; mix well and let cook for another minute.
- Fold in sliced green onions just before serving.
