- 1 tube refrigerated crescent roll dough (8 oz)
- 1 cup lump crab meat (fresh or canned)
- 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 green onions (chopped)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine softened cream cheese, crab meat, shredded cheddar, garlic powder, green onions, and lemon juice until blended.
- Unroll the crescent dough on a clean surface and separate it into triangles.
- Place a generous spoonful of the crab mixture at the wide end of each triangle and roll snugly towards the pointy end.
- Place rolls seam-side down on the baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving with your favorite dipping sauce.
