- 4 large chocolate croissants, cubed

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish with butter or nonstick spray.
- Cut the chocolate croissants into thick slices or cubes and arrange them evenly in the greased baking dish.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla extract, and cocoa powder until smooth.
- Pour the custard mixture over the croissant pieces, pressing down gently so they soak up the liquid.
- Let it sit for 10-15 minutes to absorb flavors before baking.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown and set in the center.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving. Dust with powdered sugar if desired.
