Instructions
- Cut chicken breasts into strips about three inches long and pat dry.
- Set up three shallow bowls: one with seasoned flour (salt and pepper), one with beaten eggs, and one with crushed Doritos.
- Dredge each chicken strip in flour, dip in egg wash, then roll in crushed Doritos until fully coated.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat (about 350°F). Fry the tenders in batches for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Drain on paper towels and serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
