Ingredients
Scale
- 3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 pound)
- 2 cups Doritos chips (crushed)
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper

- Cut chicken breasts into strips about 1 inch wide and season both sides with salt and pepper.
- Dip each chicken strip in flour, shaking off excess. Then coat in egg before rolling generously in crushed Doritos until fully covered.
- Heat enough oil in a frying pan over medium heat until shimmering.
- Fry coated chicken strips for about 3–4 minutes on each side or until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from oil and drain on paper towels. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauces.
