- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a shallow dish, combine panko bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Coat each chicken breast with olive oil and press into the breadcrumb mixture until fully covered.
- Place coated chicken on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Stir in heavy cream and additional Parmesan cheese until smooth.
- Serve the crispy chicken drizzled with garlic sauce.
