- 3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb)
- 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 cup panko bread crumbs
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly spray a large casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook seasoned chicken until golden brown and fully cooked (5-7 minutes on each side). Let rest before shredding.
- In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, broccoli florets, cream of chicken soup, garlic powder, and half of the cheddar cheese. Mix well.
- Transfer mixture to the casserole dish and top with panko bread crumbs and remaining cheese.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until bubbly and golden brown. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
