Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- 2. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté onions and ground beef until browned (about 5-7 minutes). Drain excess fat.
- 3. In a large bowl, combine the beef mixture with frozen hashbrowns.
- 4. Whisk together eggs and milk in a separate bowl; pour over the hashbrown mixture, stirring to combine.
- 5. Spread half of the cheese over the mixture in a greased baking dish; add remaining cheese on top.
- 6. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until golden brown.
