Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix ground beef, panko breadcrumbs, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until combined.
- Shape mixture into golf ball-sized meatballs; place on a baking sheet.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat; sear meatballs until browned (about 5-7 minutes).
- Pour bourbon BBQ sauce over the meatballs; cover and simmer on low for 10 minutes.
- Toast sub rolls in the oven until golden brown.
- Assemble by placing meatballs in each roll; top with bacon and cheese.
